In case you are someone interested in six sigma knowledge and Green Belt certification you have come to the right place. You would first get the opportunity to get trained through our world class training material. We offer a training program that can be completed between a fortnight and a month depending on your pace.

Six Sigma

On enrolling for the program, you would receive a printed copy of the training material as well as the world famous book titled “Six Sigma for Dummies (or equivalent book)”. The training course would first provide an overview. It would then take the participants through the DMAIC methodology in great detail. Infact we have a dedicated chapter for each of the 5 phases of the DMAIC methodology.

The Six Sigma DMAIC framework has five phases:

1. Define Phase
2. Measure Phase
3. Analysis Phase
4. Improve Phase
5. Control Phase

The curriculum would also give the candidate an understanding of Minitab and its usage. Minitab is a statistical software which is commonly used to carry out complex statistical calculations that are required during a six sigma project.

Our voice over training program is full of quizzes and cases and is highly interactive. You would get the opportunity to get your doubts cleared by interacting with our experts. On completion of the training program, you would be ready to take the all important Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Exam. Our exam has close to 50 questions and takes close to 1 hr to complete. There are no negative marks and all questions are graded equally.

At the end of the exam your score would be communicated to you and a hard copy certificate would be mailed to you provided you have scored over 40 percent marks. In case you do not pass the test, you do have the provision to take a re-test. For those participants who pass the test, a certificate would be couriered to you within 2-3 weeks of your completing the test. If you are able to score 80% or more in your test, you would have qualified with “Distinction”. Your hard copy certificate will have the words ‘Distinction’ as proof of the fact that you have scored distinction marks.

The pricing for the program plus the Green Belt Six Sigma Certification is Rs 5,000 only.
