Q.1.What is the Six Sigma Certification?

These days Six Sigma Methodology is widely accepted across manufacturing and services industries. Q.3. Who should take our Six Sigma certification?

2. You would like to approach job interviews with added confidence by presenting your hard copy certificate of accomplishment to your prospective employer.

Q.4. How much does the Six Sigma training cost?
Ans: The fee for the training followed by the certification exam is Rs 5,000 only. You do have the provision of only giving the certification exam for which the fee is Rs 3,000 only.

Q.5. What would I get for Rs 5000?
Ans: On enrolling for the program, you would receive a printed copy of the training material as well as the world famous book titled “Six Sigma for Dummies (or equivalent book)”. Our voice over training program is full of quizzes and cases and is highly interactive. You would get the opportunity to get your doubts cleared by interacting with our experts. On completion of the training program, you would be ready to take the all important Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Exam.

At the end of the exam your score would be communicated to you and a hard copy certificate would be mailed to you provided you have scored over 40 percent marks. In case you do not pass the test, you do have the provision to take a re-test.

Q.6 What is the syllabus of the six sigma training program & test?
Ans: The Six sigma course would first provide an overview. It would then take the participants through the DMAIC methodology in great detail. The Six Sigma DMAIC framework has five phases

* Define Phase
* Measure Phase
* Analysis Phase
* Improve Phase
* Control Phase

The curriculum would also give the candidate an understanding of Minitab and its usage. Minitab is a statistical software which is commonly used to carry out complex statistical calculations that are required during a six sigma project.

The exam would follow the curriculum of the training program.

Q.7 How long does it take for my certificate to reach me?
Ans: The certificate takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. The certificate is sent through courier.

Q.8 What are the various payment options available?

Q.9 What is the test re-take fee?
Ans: You can re-appear for any test by paying a test re-take fee. The re-take price is Rs 1000 only.

Q.10 If I am not satisfied, can I get a refund?
Ans: There is no provision for a refund. Please contact us if you feel there has been a deficiency of service. So far we are proud to declare that we have not received a single request for refund.
